The 11th Congress Nazi party rally "Rally of Peace" (Reichsparteitag des Friedens) was to reiterate the German will to peace, to the population and other countries, Nuremberg, 1939. It was canceled on short notice, one day before the planned date on September 1, 1939, Germany began its offensive against Poland that started World War II.
